When you request an estimate or contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, property type, preferred timing, selected service, and details you choose to include.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss services, coordinate communications, prepare estimates, provide support, maintain records, and improve the website and service experience.
Calls, texts, and email
If you provide contact information, Fresh Air Solutions may use it to respond to your request. Message or data rates may apply to text messages. You can ask us to stop optional communications at any time.
Estimate requests
When you submit an estimate request, your details are sent to our server and emailed to Fresh Air Solutions through Gmail so we can respond. Google processes the email as our email provider. Campaign tags and the page where you first arrived may be kept in your browser session until you submit successfully or close the session. After a successfully delivered estimate request, we store the campaign source, campaign name, ad content and search keyword tags, requested service, matched service area, landing page, and submission time for up to 13 months to understand which marketing brought estimate requests to us. Older reporting entries are removed when a new request is recorded or the report is refreshed. The reporting record does not copy your name, contact details, or ZIP code, but it includes an internal CRM lead ID and current lead status that can be linked to your CRM record. Campaign tags are also copied into corresponding fields on the CRM lead record. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in your request.
Sharing and security
We may share information with providers that help operate the website, receive inquiries, communicate with customers, or provide requested services. We do not sell personal information through this website. We use reasonable security measures, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.
